Located within Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, Diraja introduces the island’s first semi-fine dining concept, drawing inspiration from the splendour of Malay royalty. Open from Sunday to Friday, starting at 6.30pm, the restaurant invites guests to explore Bintan’s rich trading heritage through a carefully composed culinary narrative. The menu opens with refined starters such as Otak-Otak Bintan, a grilled blend of squid and fish wrapped in banana leaf, alongside the comforting Batam Fish Soup. Main courses continue the story with highlights including the tender Biefstuk MB5 Striploin served with truffle potato pavé, as well as the aromatic Ayam Bakar Lagoi, featuring smoky sous-vide chicken.

Berlokasi di dalam Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, Diraja menghadirkan konsep semi-fine dining pertama di Pulau Bintan, terinspirasi dari kemegahan tradisi kerajaan Melayu. Buka setiap Minggu hingga Jumat mulai pukul 18.30, restoran ini mengajak para tamu menelusuri sejarah perdagangan Bintan melalui rangkaian hidangan yang dirancang dengan pendekatan naratif. Sajian pembuka menampilkan otak-otak Bintan, perpaduan cumi panggang dan ikan yang dibungkus daun pisang, serta sup ikan Batam yang hangat dan menenangkan. Untuk hidangan utama, tersedia Biefstuk MB5 striploin yang empuk, disajikan bersama truffle potato pavé, serta Ayam Bakar Lagoi yang aromatik dengan teknik sous-vide beraroma asap.
