“Chic and polished Mediterranean dining experience”
Paying tribute to rustic Mediterranean flavours, the culinary team at Embers incorporates fresh produce from Bisma Eight’s organic farm and locally sourced meat and seafood, resulting in exquisitely crafted dishes. Notable dishes to sample include seared octopus with smoked paprika, orange peel, lemon aioli, capers and dill; and prawn shashlik with smoked Bharati yoghurt, mandarin butter, dried herb and grilled lemon. Complementing the creative food is the drink menu, showcasing innovative tipples infused with herbs, spices, fruits and other plants to evoke that Mediterranean taste. Try the Bitter Spritz Symphony, with re-distilled gin, chardonnay, elderflower cordial, bitter concentrate and house-made tonic.
