Open from 7.30am until late, Waatu centres its entire philosophy around fire. An open-flame yakitori and grill concept inspired by ingredients from across the Indonesian archipelago, everything here is cooked over coals, with no gas and no electricity used in the process. Here, indigenous cooking traditions meet thoughtful, contemporary dining in a setting that feels both rugged and quietly refined. The menu moves effortlessly through the day, spanning breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with plant-based options and an assortment of sweets alongside signature flame-kissed dishes. For something more celebratory, Saturdays bring an all-you-can-eat brunch from 11am to 4pm, centred on Otsumami Japanese tapas.

Mengusung konsep open-flame yakitori dan panggangan yang terinspirasi dari bahan-bahan di seluruh Nusantara, setiap hidangan di sini dimasak di atas bara api, tanpa menggunakan gas maupun listrik. Di Waatu, tradisi memasak asli bertemu dengan konsep kuliner kontemporer yang terkurasi. Menu yang ditawarkan mengalir selaras dengan waktu mulai dari sarapan, makan siang, hingga makan malam, lengkap dengan pilihan plant-based dan aneka hidangan penutup di samping menu unggulan yang dimasak dengan api.
